Australian National University RTP Scholarship 2025
The Australian National University (ANU) Research Training Program (RTP) Scholarship is a prestigious opportunity funded by the Commonwealth Department of Education and Training. It is designed to support outstanding domestic and international students pursuing a Higher Degree by Research (HDR) at ANU. The scholarship covers full tuition costs and provides financial support to assist with living expenses, research, and dependent child care.ANU conducts two central scholarship rounds annually, including the RTP Scholarship, the University Research Scholarship, and other centrally managed scholarships. Scholarships are awarded based on a competitive ranking process, ensuring that top-ranked candidates receive support, subject to confirmation of a qualified supervisor, space, and resources in alignment with ANU's research strategy.

Other Supports:
Relocation allowance for students moving to Canberra
Thesis allowance
Dependent child allowance (for international students only)

Study Course: Open to all study areas
Citizen Type: Domestic and International students
Duration:Up to 2 years for a Master’s by Research degree
Up to 3 years for a PhD, with a six-month extension possibility and another six-month extension under specific criteria
