RMIT University’s School of Engineering in Melbourne, Australia, is offering a funded PhD scholarship in Wastewater Heat Recovery. This scholarship supports outstanding domestic and international students who aspire to contribute to innovative and sustainable waste heat recovery systems for the Australian food sector.

The research aims to reduce energy use, costs, and emissions in water-intensive industries such as food processing plants, restaurants, and hotels. The project will utilize Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) modeling and field studies to develop practical, sustainable heating solutions.

    • Renewable Heating Solutions
  • Have strong academic performance in engineering, environmental science, or related disciplines.
  • Demonstrate a strong interest in sustainable energy solutions.
  • Be proficient in modeling techniques and data analysis.

Eligible Course: PhD in Engineering (Wastewater Heat Recovery).
