Eligibility Criteria 

To be eligible for the Excellence Scholarships, applicants must:

  1. Commence study in an eligible undergraduate or postgraduate program at the University of Newcastle in 2024 or beyond, at an Australian or online campus as indicated in their Letter of Offer.
  2. Be an international, full-fee-paying student.
  3. Not hold any other University of Newcastle scholarship unless special dispensation has been approved.
  4. Fulfill all financial obligations, including full tuition fees and other expenses, for obtaining a student visa.
