Dennis McDermott Research Scholarship 2025
La Trobe University is proud to announce the Dennis McDermott Research Scholarship 2025, a significant initiative designed to support Indigenous graduate researchers. Named in honor of Professor Dennis McDermott, a Koori psychologist, academic, and poet who championed Indigenous education and knowledge, this scholarship aims to empower Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students to advance their research and academic goals.
The scholarship is available for study at La Trobe University's campuses in Albury-Wodonga, Bendigo, Melbourne, Mildura, and Shepparton.

- $34,000 annual Research Training Program (RTP) stipend
- $10,000 top-up stipend per year
