 UniSQ Chancellor’s Excellence Scholarships 2025

The University of Southern Queensland (UniSQ) is offering the prestigious Chancellor’s Excellence Scholarships in 2025 to recognize and support outstanding academic achievers. This scholarship aims to reward students who have achieved an ATAR of 97 or higher, completed Year 12 in 2024, and are commencing their undergraduate studies at UniSQ in 2025.

Open to all bachelor’s degree programs, this opportunity allows recipients to participate in leadership and development initiatives as well as the UniSQ Student Ambassador Program, enhancing their academic and professional journey.

 Scholarships Overview

  • Scholarship type: Stipend per study unit, per study period
  • Value:
    • $24,000 for a 32-unit degree
    • $18,000 for a 24-unit degree
    • Optional Study Abroad package valued at up to $5,000
  • Study Level: Undergraduate
  • Study Course: Open to all study areas
  • Citizen Type: Domestic students currently residing in Australia
  • Duration: Duration of the degree (24 or 32 units)
  • Deadline: 30 Jun 2025

Eligibility Criteria 

To be eligible for this scholarship, applicants must:

  • Be a domestic student currently residing in Australia.
  • Have completed Year 12 in 2024.
  • Achieve an unadjusted ATAR of 97.00 or above.
  • Place UniSQ as their first preference on their QTAC application.
  • Be a commencing student.
  • Intend to enroll full-time at UniSQ in a bachelor’s degree program prior to 20 September 2025.

Selection Criteria 

The selection process is automatic and merit-based. To be considered:

  • Submit your QTAC applications and preferences by the required dates.
  • Place your chosen UniSQ program as your first preference via QTAC.
  • Achieve the required unadjusted ATAR of 97.00 or above.

No separate application process is required for this scholarship. To be considered, applicants must:

  2. Place their chosen UniSQ program as their first preference via QTAC.

All students meeting the required ATAR threshold will automatically be offered the scholarship.
