The Central Queensland University RTP Scholarship is funded by the Australian Government to support both domestic and international students undertaking a Research Higher Degree (RHD). This scholarship aims to assist students in covering living costs while pursuing research at one of Australia's leading universities.   • Not be receiving a similar award or scholarship from the Commonwealth that offsets RHD tuition fees

  • Academic achievement and writing skills (0-20 points)
  • Quality of research project and alignment with CQUniversity's research priorities (0-15 points)
  • Evidence of motivation, research experience, and suitability of research environment (0-15 points)

  • Step 1: Apply for a Research Higher Degree (Masters or PhD) at Central Queensland University
  • Step 2: Discuss your interest in the RTP Scholarship with your supervisory team
  • Step 3: If recommended by the supervisory team, prospective applicants will be invited to complete the scholarship application through the School of Graduate Research
  • Step 4: Submit the application before the deadline of 31 December 2024
