The University of Western Australia is offering a $5,000* per year fee reduction for students from a range of select countries. The International Student Award helps to foster a diverse student community and enables more students from different nationalities to pursue their study and career goals with UWA.
Scholarship Overview
- Scholarship Stipend Value: Up to AUD $20,000* over four years for undergraduates, up to AUD $15,000* over three years for undergraduates, and up to AUD $10,000* over two years for postgraduates
- Degree Program: Undergraduate and postgraduate courses offered by the University of Western Australia
- Available in: University of Western Australia, Perth, Australia
- Host: University of Western Australia
- Citizen type: International students from select countries (Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Indonesia, Kenya, Malaysia, Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Thailand, and Vietnam)
- Award Duration: Up to four years for undergraduates and up to two years for postgraduates
Eligibility Criteria
- Be a citizen from a select country (Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Indonesia, Kenya, Malaysia, Maldives, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Thailand, and Vietnam)
- Applying to The University of Western Australia as an international student on an Australian student visa
- Studying an eligible undergraduate or postgraduate course offered by the University and published in the UWA Handbook
- Enrolled to study a full-time course load
