This scholarship opportunity is being offered by the University of Adelaide to support students from various backgrounds who are commencing their undergraduate studies and have not previously commenced any post-secondary program of study.

Eligibility

To be eligible for this scholarship, applicants are expected to:

  • Gain admission to an undergraduate Bachelor’s level course of study as a Commonwealth Supported student at the University of Adelaide commencing in 2025
  • Enrol on a full-time or part-time basis
  • Have not previously been enrolled in post-secondary study (university or VET)
  • Be Australian citizens, Australian permanent residents, New Zealand citizens, or holders of a permanent humanitarian visa
  • Demonstrate financial need*

*Applicants must be able to demonstrate financial need and provide supporting documentary evidence at the time of application, e.g., details of income-tested Commonwealth income support payments, such as Youth Allowance, Austudy, ABSTUDY benefits, or other details of their financial circumstances.

*Evidence of Tertiary Access Payment (TAP) application or approval does not demonstrate financial need.
