Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the scholarship, applicants must:
- Be defined as an overseas student under the terms of the Education Services for Overseas Students Act 2000 and do not hold a 995 visa (unless enrolling in an eligible postgraduate program)
- Have received an offer of admission to commence at the University in an eligible program (excluded programs listed above)
- Meet the conditions of the program for which they have received an offer of admission, including the requirement to be onshore for some components (if applicable)
- Not have received a scholarship previously for the same level of study
- Not be the recipient of an external sponsorship that covers all or part of the cost of a student's tuition fees with the University
How to Apply
To apply for the scholarship, applicants must:
- Submit an application for admission to ANU through the online portal
- Meet the eligibility criteria and selection bases outlined above
Selection Bases
Selection is made on the basis of academic merit. Qualifications submitted for admission to the University will be converted to the common scale, which will determine an applicant's place on the merit list. Eligible applicants with multiple qualifications will be ranked according to the qualification used as the basis of admission.
