Queensland University of Technology, Australia has multiple masters and PhD
research scholarship positions across many field in the University for all
eligible international international students to apply. The scholarship is
open to international students with high research potentials to undertake
research degree masters or PhD in any field of choice.
These scholarships
are sponsored through the Australian Government Research Training
Program (RTP) Stipend scholarships. The RTP stipend scholarships provide
students with excellent financial supports including tuition fees and living

Scholarship Value: $28,597 per annum (2021 rate) indexed

(masters by research), or $840 (PhD) thesis allowance after submitting

Note: There are numerous for these scholarships. This is round 1 which is
open to students who intend to start their course before 30 June 2022.To be
eligible for this scholarship, you must submit your expression of
interest 8 September 2021
For round 2 applications, this will be announced early 2022. This is for
students who want to start their course between 1 July and 14 December
2022.
RTPS Scholarship eligibility criteria
To be eligible for this scholarship, interested applicants are expected to
meet the following criteria:

be an international student enrolled in an accredited research degree
(HDR course of study) at and Australian higher education provider
(HEP)
-
not be receiving income from another source to support your general
living costs while studying, if that income is greater than 75% of
your RTP stipend rate. Income not related to your course of study or
income received for you course of study but not for the purposes of
supporting general living costs is not to be taken into account.
You must also meet QUT
-
English language and minimum entry requirements for your selected
program of choice
How to apply
To apply for this scholarship to study in QUT, there are just two steps
;Sending an expression of interest followed by an invitation to apply.

step 1: Submit an expression of interest (EOI).Indicate that you want
to be considered for this scholarship

Step2: and if your expression of interest is successful, you will
be sent an invitation to apply and other further instructions in the
email.
For your EOI to be successful, you must meet the eligibility criteria for
this scholarship and must apply before the round 1 deadline line (8
September 2021)
When send your expression of interest, the following documents are expected
along:
-Provide personal and academic information
-Write a summary of your research project explaining (in maximum 100
words per item):
- project objectives
-
overview of research topic
- proposed methods
-
potential for industry engagement (if relevant)

previous research experience
-
alignment to QUT research priorities.
