Eligibility criteria for RMIT-CSIRO scholarship
In order to be eligible for the to be eligible for the RMIT-CSIRO Masters by Research Scholarship, applicants :
- Must have have a first-class honours or 2A honours or equivalent degree in a relevant discipline of engineering/science;
- Must be an an Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident or an international student meeting the minimum English language requirements;
- Must provide evidence of good oral and written communication skills;
- Must demonstrate the ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary research team;
- Must meet RMIT’s entry requirements for the master by research degree.
As Australia borders are still currently closed due to COVID 19 pandemic, priority will be given to those international students already in Australia

How to apply for RMIT-CSIRO scholarship
To apply for this scholarships, all applicants are requested to ;
- First view the list of research topics available to identify area of interest
- and secondly contact supervisor to express your interest including:
- a statement to outline your interest
- an electronic copy of your academic transcripts
- a CV that includes any publications and the contact details of 2 referees.
And then submit an application for 'Admission Only' through your relevant School and Program, via the Online application service.
