About Bond University Postgraduate Research Scholarships (BUPRS ) 2021

This is a unique scholarship opportunity to study at Bond University, a highly recommended private non-profit university with strong academic capability, research facilities and staffs.

The Postgraduate Research Scholarships  at Bond University also referred as BUPRS is prestigious research scholarship program sponsored by Bond University to support its international research students. The scholarships are available to support both the financial costs of fee offset (waiver) and living stipends of international students undertaken research degree programs to study in this University.

It should be noted that Bond University uses a merit-based approach to determining applicants eligible for a scholarship. In another word, these  scholarships are very competitive and will be o available only to applicants  with excellent academic merit and research potentials.  A limited number of the scholarships are available both for international and the Australian domestic students.

Bond University  has two Higher Degree Scholarships. Another one you can apply for is the Australian Government Research Training Program (RTP) . This is sponsored by the Australian Government and administered by Bond University. Apart from its tuition fees cover and living cost, this scholarships also come with a substantial financial benefit

Eligibility Criteria for BUPRS 

These scholarships are open to all international students in any field of study intending to study in Bond University Australia. The target is international students with strong research background, skills and outstanding achievements. All eligible applicants must :

  • Meet Bond University assessment criteria -(Assessment of Scholarship Applications Framework) as well as satisfy visa, residency and English proficiency requirements.
  • All applicants must hold a valid Letter of Offer for enrolment in a HDR program, issued by Bond University Admissions Department, prior to applying for this award
  • In order to apply for an HDR program, students must meet the HDR academic entry requirements of Bond University, 

Application process for BUPRS

How to apply for this scholarship? There are simple processes to follow for all applicants applying for this scholarship. The  first  step is to secure an admission into Bond University, then lodge your application for the scholarship. See the step by step processes below :

  • Step 1 - Expression of interest (E0I) to Faculty. Applicants are expected to submit an Expression of Interest (Eol) to faculty of interest before applying for this scholarship. You will Access Eol form on Bond's Website. Then register and complete the Expression of Interest section of the application. The next step will be to wait for the outcome of your just submitted Eol. If your application is successful, you be notified via email and invited to complete the admission process.
  • Step 2 - Apply for Admission to Bond University. If you are successful with your EoI, you will be notified of the outcome and will be invited back to proceed and complete your application
  • Step 3 - Apply for Scholarship. After securing the admission, and receive the admission offer letter, you can then go ahead and lodge your application for this scholarship
